The processing is carried out exclusively for the fulfillment of the institutional purposes promoted by the association within the limits of its statutory provisions, including communication to CONI for its institutional activities and the dissemination, also via web, print, and television, of photographic images/video recordings that may reveal the identity of the data subject (1a).
Subject to the data subject’s consent, processing may also be carried out for sending commercial and promotional information from companies in the sports sector and companies with which the association has contractual relationships (1b), in compliance with the GDPR.

Any refusal to allow processing for the purposes referred to in point 1b will have no consequences on the participation request.

4. DATA DISCLOSURE

Personal data may be made available to authorized processors and may be communicated, for the purposes referred to in point 1a, to insurance companies, external collaborators, and, in general, to all parties to whom communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 1a.
Companies to which data may be communicated for the purposes referred to in point 1b will act as independent Data Controllers.
